Which kernel version is good for you ?

I have a laptop /w a 6300u i5 processor & 16gb of ram and am currently on stock Kernel. Is there a better Kernel out there for me to install? I have tried 4.16.12, 4.19.27, and 4.19.7. Each of these Kernels have gave me issues from not being able to start/resolution issues and blurry desktop. When you guys say try Benares 4.19.x, which version are you referring to? 4.19.27/7 causes to many issues for me and was wondering if there was a preferred version for 6th generation mobile processor. I should also note that I am currently running stock kernal with mesa 20.7 on my desktop computer which is also a 6th generation i7 6700k processor /w 32gb of ram and a gtx 2070 lol. The mesa drivers 20.7 /w nouvea are working wonders for games and even though performance is optimal, I would just like anyones opinion on the best kernel for 6th generation processors so that I can squeeze every ounce of performance into this wonderful OS. Thanks again.

bro for me bro i have intel pentinum g3320 dual core 3 ghz Gigabyte H81M - s mother bord 75 hz moniter which kernel and mesa is good for me

asus k43sv i³ gen 2, vga nvidia gf 540m with fan added on cpu and gpu :
1. kernel 4.14.15 stabil tanpa pembekuan, standar respons gamming ...
2. stabil kernel 4.13.5 dan kecepatan gaming standar
3. kernel 4.9.95 stabil dan kecepatan gamming standar.
4. kernel 4.19.27 4.19.110. 4.19.122 4.19.178 respons gamming terasa cepat tetapi kadang beku akibat nvdia,
beku berkurang jika menggunakan gltools dan tambahan kipas

but for more newer like the cpu i have i3 10th gen any other kernel other than 5.x sakura dont work for cpu which are like 9th or below 4.19.x is good but you should try sakura if you have compatible device

which kernel and mesa should i use for a gt710. thanks in advance


P.S , i'm running a pentium g2020 with 4 gb ram (+ the gt 710)

i also have an rtx 2070 gpu but i'm not able to get mesa drivers working. how did you get your mesa drivers working can you let me know?

I am using kernel 14.3.5 with mesa 18.3.6 on i5 2nd gen with nvidia 560mI am using Thanos MagmaOS basedon darkmatter and facing an issue that everytime i opera or chrome it crashes
ive installed es file manager that also crashed and it also crashes but firefox is working fine
dose anyone has a solution?
