Chromebooks are underpowered, weak, limited PCs. Not even a single of them have a dGPU/ H series CPU. ChromeOS runs Android in a VM (ArcVM) for security reasons, so it can probably never have 1:1 performance with Android x86.
Moreover you also lose the freedom to experiment and install different OSes like you do on other x86_64 UEFI PCs. They do have their own advantages though, like the security focused design.
