Thermald let's you run your computer at a temperature of your desire. Install instructions are in the download. I extracted the thermald binary from the Zenfone 2 ramdisk. During bootup temperatures can soar to 80° Celsius after that thermald takes over. It's good Lollipop and up and there is Surface support as well.
