7-zip can extract houdini and any system file(s) individually, from the system.img /vendor.img of WSA without even Android running , no adb or root needed.
I exract system.img and vendor.img from msixbundle using 7zip (without even installing WSA)
Mount them on linux and use rsync to copy files.
