Gameloop and their system is weird indeed.
There are reports that, after an gameloop update people saw mining software consuming your cpu in task manager,
We know its unsafe to use third party emulators as we can get ban, but even some gameloop players get ban and have matchmaking issues.
Also gameloop data is shared between all users on your PC.
Their turbo aow engine gives very good performance, works without vt enabled in bios, maybe it doesnt use virtualization so better in the performance front, they also use kernel mode drivers for anticheat, some antivirus software block gameloop.
I know
@demberto dig deep in gameloop files , he found that it stores data in a format very different from other emulators, he told us the main system partition is stored in rootfs.bin which an unknown format.
Overall its a shady emulator which i do not recommend having it installed on your PC, still they sell hot and Android x86 not get that much attention.
