It is possible that they might have cached your IP.
Gameloop and their system is weird indeed.
There are reports that, after an gameloop update people saw mining software consuming your cpu in task manager,
We know its unsafe to use third party emulators as we can get ban, but even some gameloop players get ban and have matchmaking issues.
Also gameloop data is shared between all users on your PC.
Their turbo aow engine gives very good performance, works without vt enabled in bios, maybe it doesnt use virtualization so better in the performance front, they also use kernel mode drivers for anticheat, some antivirus software block gameloop.
I know @demberto dig deep in gameloop files , he found that it stores data in a format very different from other emulators, he told us the main system partition is stored in rootfs.bin which an unknown format.
Overall its a shady emulator which i do not recommend having it installed on your PC, still they sell hot and Android x86 not get that much attention.

Using a vpn still has the same problem .
Yes , the rootfs.bin file stores the system files
According to my research:ROFLMAO: , Aow driver does affect our ip address as i discovered that you can get gameloop lobby in any other emulator if you connect to the same match you were playing on gameloop(dont know about ban) . Moreover knowing this i decided to uninstall gameloop but as soon as i uninstalled gameloop , the gameloop lobby in my other emulator just vanished .
