You cant play cod even if you can install, codm officially supported by gameloop only.

About problem, your download might be corrupted, and/or trying to install arm64 variant which is not recommended.

To see what is causing problem while installation, use root shell and use this syntax
Bash: 
pm install /..../..../your_apk_file.apk
