Help How to make apps still run in background.

I want to force some games still run in the background.
I am playing some afk games(like Lineage M, Lineage 2 M, AFK ARENA,Ragnarok Online M: Eternal love)
But when I open other app, it paused immediately.

Anyone meet this problem,too?

How to solve it?

In Android 9 and lower, apps enter the paused state when a new translucent activity launched on top of the app/ lost focus, But in Android 10 multi resume capability was added so all apps run in resumed state, Android 11 added many features making it closer to a full desktop OS, so I switch to newer Android ( Bliss OS is the way )
