As the question says . I have tried almost all gfx tools , custom configs but they aren't working . I am trying to play on miui 14 Android 13 tablet . Pubg devs are so dumb , why can't they just give an option to play the game 1080p in game . How can you even spot an enemy ? All iPad run the game at 1080p but why can't they do the same for Android tablets , I don't understand .
But gameloop can still run the game at 1080p , do you know what it does ?? Or know a way to run the game at 1080p on Android 13??

If you have root access you can try editing UserCustom.ini and locking it with chattr (might adb shell also usable)

I have not tried this way before, but this way the game will not able to write to this file so whatever you set will remain persist.

Nice idea , i can copy those files from the emulator which runs pubg at 1080p directly . But I don't want to unlock the bootloader to root it ,as my tablet is just recently launched and community support is very less as it doesn't even have a custom rom yet . I will try with adb .

Which tablet is it?
If it is recently launched, you would use GSI rom, and if supported you can even try GKI kernel.

Ya I can try , but to me something always goes wrong and I have to troubleshoot everything . It helps me learn but nowadays I don't have the time to do that .I have installed custom rom but never any gsis and I don't have the guts to do it on my own . Miui for the tab makes sense , as it has some great multitasking features not available on stock aosp . As for not wanting to root is that I don't want to lose widevine l1 certificate and also the absence of custom rom or properly community tested gsis on mi pad 6 .

Is it possible to emulate or change the build.prop for a specific app . Only pubg app gets the fake model and it is not systemwide . I have device model , and on changing to that phone model on BlueStacks runs pubg at 1080p natively without any gfx tool with 90 fps support.

You can't do for a specific app
Try getting resetprop binary from magisk, push it to /data/local/tmp and execute from adb shell.

BTW, which device model is it?

It doesn't seem to work , using chattr and using this - adb shell "chattr +i /sdcard/Documents/UserCustom.ini" just throws a function not implemented error . Changing file permissions with chmod doesnt seem to work too android 13 .
But setting the usercustom file permissions to chmod 744 using adb root in the emulator does run the game at 1080p .

Are there any options to change file permission without root , only using adb ??
