You can install phoenix os original iso image and than replace the files in the partition with those from ViperXOS using diskgenius or you can use awin-installer from the 7z package I attached to this message.
...or you can use poweriso to change the ViperXOS iso image boot files with some of other phoenix os boot files and add boot.bif file.
