Oreo-x86 has the best sound with a USB DAC and USB audio player pro and the DSD PCM format in the kernel. I tried 9 but it was released a year earlier Oreo is the latest. It supports ANGLE and Mesa kati and potentially Mesa 23 libc will support it same as 21.2 gralloc the headers work. If you're using nougat you have no idea what your missing.
