I. Introduction and Features
Good evening, I hope you have a wonderful holiday so far. It's the end of the year meaning that a new LTS Kernel is released, so it's time for me to cover it.

The goal is the same as 5.4 - to support more hardware. And this version is really special since it got official support for wifi cards such as rtl8723de or rtl8821ce, so I don't need to compile external one anymore

Anyway, here are some small features :
- Based on Mauro Rossi's kernel-5.10rc7_vmwgfx branch.
- Merge new version and chnges from Google's android12-5.10
- Merge changes from xanmod kernel
- Turn on Wireguard support.
- External modules include :
+ rtl8188eu from lwfinger
+ rtl8812au from lwfinger
+ broadcom-wl from Packman repo
+ rtl8723bu from Android-x86
+ bcm2079x-i2c and bcm2079x-i2c from BlissOS

No need to do anything so far

IV. Bugs
- Nvidia still suck ??
- Broadcom-wl driver may broken and not usable (I'm still working on it).
- rtl8821ce broke on rtw88 driver (I will use old rtl8821ce in the next version)

Hello , I am using ryzen 5 with vega 8 graphics GPU which is unsupported in stock phoenix os kernel (4.14) . I installed the darkmatter exo 4.7 beta that is having the stock kernel from POS and to make it support my GPU , I installed this kernel 5.10 codename pledge using gearlock and it worked. I am able to boot darkmatter with GPU drivers loaded. But it gets stuck just before the console screen most of the times while booting up . It boot up perfectly like once in 10 times. And I'm also facing wifi issues . Wifi won't turn on once gets off, my laptop has rtl8821ce wifi .

Here , I am adding a picture . The booting process gets stuck right after is shows "you're booting it up for nn times" and the console thing never comes when it gets stuck. Then I force shut down the PC.....
How to fix this booting problem. ?

Yes, I updated to mesa 20.1.10
I booted the OS in 5 attempts now..
The wifi never gets on if it gets off , it needs system restart ( not the hot reboot) to enable wifi again..same with bluetooth..
and wifi gets disconnected automatically .IDk why.., but it happens when internet speed gets slower. it shouldnt disconnect automatically tho ( especially while playing games)
and I cant open browsers except mozilla..the in game browsers also doesnt open , like when I have to login using facebook or twitter in PUBG . it crashes the game, so i downloaded facebook app.xD maybe its cause of the android system webview not supported ..IDK. well this issue is not related to kernel so I'll talk about this in the DarkMatter discussion page.. Other things work awesome...Thanks for the OS and Kernels

So I guess I have to play hit or miss game with these Vega huh...... ok then
By the way the new amdgpu can't use Webview x86 properly and it got frequently crash, it's a problem I'm aware for a long time but no one seems to help us yet.

ohh ...thanks for the information..I will keep the facebook app installed..
And rebooting the pc doesnt take long. Im okay with that ,I booted the OS in 3 attempts this time , what sucks is the wifi problem , It keeps disconnecting ( sometimes every minute)

Hi, mate.
I'm using this kernel, but the wifi only searches continuously. And it can't be turned off & on again. My network adapter Atheros QCA9377.
How to fix it?

well, everything works fine except for 3d games.
tested with pubg, free fire, honkai impact.
character, land etc. is full of rectangular transparent holes on them (the skin) so i can see through them.

what is wrong?

specs:
intel core i3-3220 @ 3.3ghz & 4gb ram
mod: posrog v3u8
mesa: 17,19,20

5.10.56 kernel has a problem with my PC.
I boot it with Darkmatter 4.7 BETA-2,but it shows a lot of Error and let me to reboot my computer,could you fix this problem?Thanks!
