GearLock-Package This kernel violates my terms of service 1

I built this kernel with the bazel toolchain I built it with IPTS however I have a Surface Pro 3 and the touchscreen doesn't work. So if someone can test it and get back to me. The wifi works no problem and has no other issues. Before you install I recommend that you extend the size of system.img to 6GB. The total size of the kernel 1.3GB.
