Help How to enable adb usb from tablet running androidx86 to pc?

I have a tablet with an intel z3735e processor and it has its micro usb port and I would like to make that port work to connect it to a pc with usb, if I put a usb adapter with a pendrive or a mouse or keyboard it works, but when connecting a cable usb from the tablet to the pc does not work, I would also like to transfer files through the usb from my pc to the tablet and have adb support to transmit my screen from my pc to the tablet without delay, since doing it over wifi creates delay and loses performance it would be very helpful please

the problem is that it is a tablet and it does not have a lan connection, only micro usb

usb otg type micro > usb male to lan female (i pefer say usb 2.0 lan) > connect each lan > and adb connect 192.168.x.x

So according to info from Android x86 developer youling257 it shouldnt be supported in current Android x86 releases
