Help Which gpu has OpenGL ES 3.2 and Vulkan and can run 3dmark sling shot extreme?

I want to buy a videocard that has OpenGL ES 3.2 and Vulkan.
There is a chart shows the support videocard of OpenGL ES 3.2 and Vulkan.

But some of these videocard has problems of the driver.
So that it can not support apps that require OpenGL ES 3.2 and Vulkan.

Which videocard is truly tested has OpenGL ES 3.2 and Vulkan.
And can run 3dmark sling shot extreme.

My integrated igpu Intel HD 620 which produced 2017 supporting openGL ES 3.2 with all versions of mesa and vulkan with many versions of mesa but not all .. So I suppose any recent descrated GPU from 2019 and higher would be supported as well .. That's just my opinion

You are wrong, GPUs before 2019 support vulkan and open GL ES 3.2.
AMD GPUs newer than 2012 support vulkan (700 series, southern islands)
Intel HD 4000/2500 ivy bridge and newer support vulkan in linux, in windows skylake and newer.

I am wrong with what ..? i said gpus from 2019 and above are supported for sure based on my 2017 gpu whats wrong in thats ??

that doesnt mean that earlier gpus than 2017 are not supported ..

you just added that earlier gpus than 2017 are supported as well and i agree.. just because he wants to avoid facing drivers issues i give the openion of buying recent gpu rather than old one..

i sopposed if he going to buy videocard or { GPU } wich probably has no drivers issues would be something that been produced around last 3 years because the brands already updated most of the issues that the gpus faced in supporting OpenGL ES 3.2 and vulkan ..
