But i think it won't work on primeos because the idle ram usage on primeos is already 1GB more for the x64 version

Well actually I don't know about the game protocol in dark matter how it works and what it looks like I don't know but based on phoenixos which is already light so even small changes will be immediately felt and different from Primeos who don't know whether it's lighter or not.
