Intel Arc GPUs like any other GPUs, require a supported kernel mode driver and userspace mesa driver combo to function properly. Full support for Intel Arc GPUs arrived in kernel 6.x if you look it up on linux kernel history. Before they either didnt work at all or had incomplete support for full hardware acceleration. Without working GPU drivers, darkmatter will run using software rendering (nomodeset) instead of the GPU.
The default kernel and mesa drivers in darkmatter-4.7 are 4.14 LTS and 17.1.10 respectively. Kernel 4.14 was from 2017. Gearlock packages are available to upgrade it up to kernel 5.10 and mesa 21.2 only. Advanced hardware support build has kernel 5.15.

If I had 4090s and windows, I'd still stay away from those shady emulators from chinese companies with kernel-mode drivers and run Android-x86 in a custom sandboxed VM instead.

Any kernel that gives good performance for r5 5600 ?
I have tried BlissOs with higher kernel version . Libndk android 12 barely gives 2-5 fps and libhoudini android 11 gives black screen but all android emulators run fine
